🌙 Dark Fabric Extra Charges

For DTG printing on dark fabrics (black, navy, burgundy etc.), a white underbase must be applied first. This additional process incurs an extra charge.

❓ FAQ About DTG Printing

How durable is DTG printing?

With proper pretreatment and curing, it withstands 50+ washes. Wash inside-out at 30°C and iron on low heat. Fabric quality also affects durability.

Can DTG be done on polyester?

DTG works best on cotton fabrics. For 100% polyester, sublimation is more suitable. DTG can be done on cotton/polyester blends (65%+ cotton).

What file format should I use?

PNG (transparent background), minimum 300 DPI resolution. AI, PSD or high-resolution JPEG also accepted. Vector files give the best results.
