What is the minimum order quantity?

Our minimum order quantity varies by product and printing technique. Generally 50 pieces for t-shirts and polos, 50 pieces for sweatshirts, 25 pieces for embroidery. There is no minimum order for DTG printing, we can produce starting from 1 piece.

How long is the production time?

Our standard production times: 14-21 business days for t-shirts and polos, 21-28 business days for sweatshirts, 7-14 business days for DTG printing. For urgent orders, we can provide expedited production for an additional fee.

Can I order samples?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we can produce samples before placing a large order. Sample fees are calculated at normal unit price and sample cost is deducted from large orders. 1-5 samples for DTG printing, samples are produced after screen preparation for screen printing and embroidery.

What payment methods do you accept?

We offer bank transfer/EFT, credit card (installment payment options available) and open account (deferred payment) options for corporate customers. For first orders, usually 50% deposit and remaining 50% payment before delivery.

What is the shipping cost?

Shipping cost varies by order quantity, weight and delivery address. We offer competitive prices with our contracted cargo companies for domestic shipping. Shipping may be free for large orders (500+ pieces). Separate quotes are provided for international shipments.

What fabric types do you use?

We use 100% cotton, cotton-polyester blends, ringspun cotton, organic cotton and performance fabrics. The weight and properties of each fabric are explained in detail on the product pages. Certified organic cotton and Oeko-Tex standard certified fabrics are also available.

Is there a size chart?

Yes, detailed size charts are available for each product. Measurements such as chest width, body length, sleeve length are specified on product pages. In addition to standard sizes (XS-4XL), we can also produce custom sizes. We have options for children sizes ages 2-16.

Can you produce in the color I want?

Our standard color options range from 14-20 colors for each product. For custom color requests outside of these, you can share your Pantone color code with us. We can produce custom colors for minimum 100 piece orders. Production starts after color sample approval.

Printing method selection depends on your order quantity, design and budget. Screen printing is economical and durable for 100+ pieces. DTG is ideal for small quantities (1-50 pieces). What format should I send my design file in?

Vector formats (AI, EPS, PDF) are preferred for screen printing and embroidery. High resolution PNG or JPEG (minimum 300 DPI) can be sent for DTG and sublimation. Pantone color codes should be specified. If you don't have a design, we also offer graphic design services for a fee.

How durable is the print quality?

Screen printing and embroidery are the most durable methods, withstanding hundreds of washes. DTG printing guarantees 50+ washes with proper care. Sublimation printing doesn't fade or crack. We offer quality guarantee on all our products. Print life is maximized when washing instructions are followed.

Can you print photographs?

Yes, we use DTG (Direct to Garment) or sublimation methods for photo-quality printing. DTG is applied to cotton fabrics, sublimation to polyester fabrics. High resolution photo file (minimum 300 DPI) is required. Photos should be in CMYK color mode.

Can I choose multiple print locations?

Yes, you can choose multiple print locations on the same product. For example, small logo on front chest + large print on back combination can be made. Separate fee is calculated for each print location. Popular combinations: left chest embroidery + back screen print, front print + sleeve print.

How should I determine the size distribution?

General rule: 10% XS/XL, 20% S, 30% M, 30% L, 10% XL. However, this ratio varies depending on your target audience. For women, more S-M, for men L-XL weighted may be appropriate. If unsure, you can consider our recommendations. Wide size range in first order, best sellers can be increased in subsequent orders.

What is your cancellation and return policy?

Order can be cancelled before production starts. Cancellation is not possible after production starts. Free replacement or refund is made in case of product defect. Customer is responsible for design-related issues. Products approved after quality control cannot be returned. We have quality guarantee on every product.

Do you have certificates?

Yes, we have Oeko-Tex Standard 100 certified fabrics, GOTS organic cotton certificate and ISO 9001 quality management system certificate. CE certificate is available for children's clothing. Certificate copies can be sent upon request.

Yes, we use organic cotton options, water-based printing inks, azo-free dyes. Waste management and energy efficiency are our priorities in production. GOTS certified organic products and recycled polyester options are available. Environmentally friendly packaging is done.

Yes, you can add your own brand label (woven label, printed label). We offer custom packaging (branded bag, box, cardboard) service. Individual polybag packaging or bulk packaging options are available for each product. Custom label is free for minimum 500 piece orders.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. We have export experience to Europe, Middle East, Asia and other regions. We handle customs clearance, appropriate packaging and international cargo organization. International shipping is available for minimum 250 piece orders. Export invoices and required documents are prepared.
